About the Role

Expanding welding business specializing in tight tolerance precision weldments using various materials in critical applications. We work on low-volume, high-mix weldments and fabrications across multiple industries.

We're looking for a skilled TIG welder/fabricator who is self-starting and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on nickel alloys and other materials as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and customer specifications
• Set up, weld, and fabricate prototypes, short-run production jobs, and custom assemblies
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality requirements and customer specifications
• Maintain accurate job documentation, production records, and clean workstation

Requirements

• Basic layout and fabrication skills
• Must be able to TIG weld Aluminum and Stainless Steel
• Experience with sanitary tubing applications
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Ability to read tape measure, dial calipers, and other measuring devices
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to pivot quickly
• Orbital Welding Experience is a plus
